PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally, a reinforcing plate is attached on a bonding portion of a hinge and a bonding portion of a damper stay in order to secure support rigidity of a back door, which increases the weight and the cost, in an opening/closing support structure for a back door which opens and closes a back door opening provided on the rear part of a vehicle; and secures the rigidity of the back door without impairing a lightweight merit even when a resin roof panel is used.SOLUTION: A head side 21 of a damper stay 20 is bonded to a hinge female 11f of a hinge 11 and a rod side 22 thereof is bonded to a hinge male 11m, and the hinge 11 and the damper stay 20 are assembled. A reinforcing plate of the damper stay 20 is eliminated by the assembled hinge assembly 10, which can reduce the weight and the cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】車両の後部に設けられるバックドア開口部を開閉するバックドアの開閉支持構造において、従来バックドアの支持剛性を確保するために、ヒンジの結合部及びダンパステーの結合に補強板を取り付けていたため、重量が嵩み、コストアップを招く問題があった。本発明は、樹脂製のルーフパネルを用いた場合であってもその軽量化メリットを損なうことなく、バックドアの支持剛性が確保されるようにすることを目的とする。【解決手段】ダンパステー20のヘッド側21をヒンジ11のヒンジヒメール11fに結合し、ロッド側22をヒンジメール11mに結合して、ヒンジ11とダンパステー20をアッセンブリ化する。アッセンブリ化されたヒンジアッセンブリ10により、ダンパステー20の補強板を省略して軽量化及びコスト低減を図る。【選択図】図2
