PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device capable of improving workability of laying work of a power line, and an elevator using the same.SOLUTION: An elevator control device (1) comprises: a plurality of control boards (2, 3, 41, 5, 42) having a plurality of circuit parts inside a plurality of housings; and a plurality of wiring boxes (62, 63, 64, 65, 66) for storing wiring, which are provided below the plurality of control boards. The plurality of control boards are arranged in parallel in a lateral direction. A plurality of first terminals (72, 73, 74, 76) for connecting a power line passing the wiring boxes between the control boards are provided on one surface sides of the plurality of control boards. A plurality of second terminals for connecting the power line passing the wiring boxes between the control boards and the outside are provided on opposite surface sides of the one surface sides in the plurality of control boards.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2(a)
