PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure a drive force at the reverse traveling of a hybrid vehicle having an engine and a motor generator as power sources.SOLUTION: This control device of a hybrid vehicle comprises: a planetary gear mechanism 140 for connecting an engine drive shaft 110 which is driven by an engine, a drive shaft 122 of a power generation motor generator 120, and a wheel drive shaft 210 for transmitting a drive force to a wheel; a vehicle drive motor 130 which is connected to the wheel drive shaft 210, and drives the wheel drive shaft 210; and an engine brake gear 240 which functions as a lock mechanism of the engine drive shaft 110 when making the vehicle reversely travel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
