PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recliner shaft which is lightweight because a hollow is formed inside, which can reduce a manufacturing cost, and which can maintain sufficient torsional strength.SOLUTION: A recliner shaft 100 includes: a hollow pipe-shaped body 200; a plurality of spline protrusions 300 which are formed in a protruding shape on the radial outside of the body and extended along a lengthwise direction of the body; and a plurality of groove parts 400 that are formed in a depressed state on the radial outside in such a manner as to correspond to the spline protrusions on an inner surface of the body, respectively. The body includes curved surfaces that are arranged separately from one another in a circumferential direction of the body in such a manner as to have mutually different centers of curvature, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】内部に中空が形成されて重量が軽く、かつ製造原価を節減でき、また十分なねじり強度を維持できるリクライナーシャフトを提供する。【解決手段】リクライナーシャフト100は、中空パイプ形状の本体200と、本体の半径方向の外側に突出形成され、本体の長さ方向に沿って延長される複数のスプライン突起300と、本体の内面でスプライン突起に各々対応し、半径方向の外側に陥没形成される複数の溝部400を含み、本体は各々互いに異なる曲率中心を有して本体の円周方向に互いに離隔配置される曲面を含む。【選択図】図1
