PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that actual torque of a motor relating to regenerative braking is not detected and the actual torque is not compensated depending on error factors of the motor and the like.SOLUTION: The braking control device of an electric vehicle comprises: an inverter control portion that controls power to be supplied from a battery; a motor that controls torque at which driving wheels are driven or braked by the inverter control portion; and a braking control portion 9 that controls a distribution of braking torque by regenerative power which is regenerated from the motor to the battery during braking and braking torque by an electronic control-type friction brake. The inverter control portion further comprises: torque estimation portions 57, 58, 59 and 60 that estimate actual torque of the motor from regenerative power which is regenerated to the motor; and a feedback control portion that feeds back braking torque that the motor outputs, from a difference between a braking torque command value instructed to the motor by the braking control portion 9 and the actual torque estimated by the torque estimation portions 57, 58, 59 and 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
