PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque transmission device of a four-wheel drive vehicle which can properly transmit torque to sub-drive wheels according to a traveling state of the vehicle by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A speed increase type planetary gear mechanism (30) and a torque transmission part (40) having a constitution in which a plurality of plates (friction plates) are alternately laminated in a working chamber (16) which is filled with a working fluid are arranged in series toward a drive wheel (W3, W4) side from an engine (3) side in a housing (11), an inner member (25) having an inertial mass is arranged between the planetary gear mechanism (30) and the torque transmission part (40), and rotation which is speed-increased by the planetary gear mechanism (30) with respect to input rotation to the housing (11) is inputted to the torque transmission part (40). High torque can be outputted even if using a low-viscosity working fluid as a working fluid of the torque transmission part (40), and by reducing generation torque in a state that a differential motion is low, drag torque can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡単な構成で、車両の走行状態に応じて副駆動輪への適切なトルク伝達が可能となる四輪駆動車両のトルク伝達装置を提供する。【解決手段】増速型のプラネタリギヤ機構(30)と、作動油が充填された作動室(16)内で複数のプレート(摩擦板)が交互に積層された構成のトルク伝達部(40)とをハウジング(11)内でエンジン(3)側から駆動輪(W3,W4)側に向かって直列に配置し、プラネタリギヤ機構(30)とトルク伝達部(40)との間に慣性質量を有するイナータ部材(25)を設け、ハウジング(11)への入力回転に対してプラネタリギヤ機構(30)で増速された回転がトルク伝達部(40)に入力されるように構成した。トルク伝達部(40)の作動油として低粘度の作動油を使用しても高トルクの出力を可能とし、かつ、差動の低い状態での発生トルクを低減することで、引き摺りトルクを抑制できる。【選択図】図2
