【課題】簡単な構造によって運搬車の車輪の回転を安定して阻止することができる車輪止め構造を提供する。【解決手段】運搬車12に乗客M2を搭乗させた状態で手押しハンドル部14aを乗客M1が操作して、運搬車12の左右の車輪15を移動防止部18に落とし込むと、左右の車輪15が移動防止部18の傾斜面に案内されながらこの傾斜面に沿って下方に転動する。その結果、運搬車12の左右の車輪15がそれぞれ中心線L2を中心として異なる方向に回転し、運搬車12の左右の車輪15の向きが変わり左右の車輪15が内側に閉じる。運搬車12の左右の車輪15と移動防止部18との間の摩擦抵抗が摩擦抵抗付与部によって増加するため、車両の振動や加減速によって運搬車12の左右の車輪15が移動防止部18から移動するのを防止する。【選択図】図4
