PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction force output device that can suppress reaction force from being excessively output.SOLUTION: In a reaction force output device that outputs to an operator force in the opposite direction of an operation direction, a driving portion outputs to an operator to be operated by a person force in the opposite direction of the operation direction by driving a driving member, and a control portion determines on the basis of an input value control amounts to be given to the driving portion, and performs friction-suppression control so that the control amounts are determined to be smaller relative to the input value when set conditions indicating a situation where overshoot of the force in the opposite direction of the operation direction is likely to occur is satisfied than when the set conditions are not satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】過剰に反力が出力されるのを抑制することができる反力出力装置を提供すること。【解決手段】操作子に対して、操作とは逆向きの力を出力する反力出力装置において、駆動部は、駆動部材を駆動することで、人により操作される操作子に対し、操作方向とは逆方向の力を出力し、制御部は、入力値に基づいて駆動部に与える制御量を決定し、操作方向とは逆方向の力のオーバーシュートが発生しやすい状況であることを示す設定条件を満たす場合、設定条件を満たさない場合に比して、制御量を入力値に対して小さく決定するフリクション抑制制御を行う。【選択図】図1
