PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness connection structure of an electric vehicle, which restrains a harness connection part of a suspension member side electric unit from interfering with peripheral components during a vehicle collision.SOLUTION: An inverter unit 6 fitted to a suspension member 3 and a battery pack 7 fitted to a side member 1 are electrically connected through a high-voltage harness 9. In a harness connection structure of an in-wheel motor vehicle, the inverter unit 6 and the battery pack 7 are disposed at a vehicle longitudinal direction position at a predetermined interval. An inverter side connector 62 connected to one end part of the high-voltage harness 9 in the inverter unit 6 is provided in a portion away from a battery side end face 61a in a housing 61 of the inverter unit 6. The high-voltage harness 9 connected to the inverter side connector 62 is extended in a direction crossing a vehicle longitudinal direction, and the other end part of the high-voltage harness 9 is electrically connected to the battery pack 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両衝突時、サスメン側電気ユニットのハーネス接続部が周辺部品と干渉するのを抑える電動車両のハーネス接続構造を提供すること。【解決手段】サスペンションメンバ3に取り付けられたインバータユニット6と、サイドメンバ1に取り付けられたバッテリパック7とを、強電ハーネス9を介して電気的に接続する。このインホイールモータ車のハーネス接続構造において、インバータユニット6とバッテリパック7とを、所定間隔を介して車両前後方向位置に配置する。インバータユニット6における強電ハーネス9の一端部と接続するインバータ側コネクタ62を、インバータユニット6の筐体61におけるバッテリ側端面61aから離れた部位に設ける。インバータ側コネクタ62に接続した強電ハーネス9を車両前後方向と交差する方向へ延ばし、強電ハーネス9の他端部をバッテリパック7に電気的に接続した。【選択図】図1
