Between the outer peripheral surface of the ball-shaped part 6 and the inner peripheral surface of the ball reception part 7, a friction generation member 9 for generating friction is installed to wrap at least the top part of the ball-shaped part 6., Further, a pressing member 22 is installed to generate a pressing force for pressing the ball-shaped part 6 and the ball reception part 7 toward the top part of the ball-shaped part 6 in the interposed state of the friction generation member 9 therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
