PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge and discharge control device for on-vehicle battery and charge and discharge device for on-vehicle battery, capable of suppressing degradation in the service life of an on-vehicle battery by reducing a time of exposure to a high temperature under a high SOC state.SOLUTION: The charge and discharge control device for on-vehicle battery performs discharge control of outputting electric power of an on-vehicle battery to the outside and charge control of inputting electric power from the outside of the vehicle into the on-vehicle battery. The charge and discharge control device for on-vehicle battery includes: a connection detection part for detecting connection of the vehicle with a charge and discharge device outside the vehicle; and a charge and discharge control part for executing discharge control when an ambient temperature is not less than a predetermined threshold value, under a state where the connection is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
