PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire assembling device in which a fitment failure is not liable to occur.SOLUTION: Firstly, a region from a point B to a point C and to a point D out of a lower bead part 17 is located above an upper rim part 11, however, a region from a point D to a point E and to the point B is fit below the upper rim part 11. Succeedingly, when turning a bead expansion member 32 to a clockwise direction, the vicinity of the point C is withdrawn to a right side as indicated in the Fig., and as a result, the region from the point B to the point C and to the point D is also fit below the upper rim part 11 as indicated in the Fig (b). In the Fig. (c), arm 45 is kicked by a kick member 44 in a state that most of the lower beam part 17 is fit below the upper rim part 11, the bead expansion member 32 is made to rotate to the clockwise direction, and a hook part 63 is removed from the lower bead part 17. By this constitution, a residual part of the lower bead part 17 is removed from the bead expansion member 32, and fit below the upper rim part 11. By making the bead expansion member 32 rotates (rotation), the lower bead part 17 is not liable to be scratched.     【課題】嵌合不良が発生する心配がないタイヤ組み付け装置を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】先ず、下ビード部17のうち、点B−点C−点Dの領域は、上リム部11の上にあるが、点D−点E−点Bの領域は、上リム部11の下に嵌っている。続いて、ビード拡張部材32を時計方向に旋回させると、点C付近が図面右へ引っ張られ、結果、点B−点C−点Dの領域も、図(b)に示すように、上リム部11の下に嵌まる。図(c)にて、下ビード部17の殆どが上リム部11の下に嵌った状態で、キック部材44でアーム45を蹴り、ビード拡張部材32を時計方向に自転させて、鉤部63を下ビード部17から外す。これで、下ビード部17の残部がビード拡張部材32から外れて上リム部11の下に嵌る。ビード拡張部材32を回転(自転)させたことで、下ビード部17に傷を付ける心配が無くなる。上ビード部についても同様。【選択図】図9
