PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a functionalized polymer, functionalized with oxime compounds containing an acyl group.SOLUTION: The method includes a step of polymerizing monomer to form a reactive polymer; a step of reacting the reactive polymer with a protected oxime compound containing an acyl group; and a step in which the monomer is conjugated diene monomer, and polymerization is performed using a lanthanide-based catalyst.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
