PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting a tire that can accurately inspect the crack resistance of a tire in a practical time.SOLUTION: The method for inspecting the crack resistance of a tire according to the present application includes: a first ozone-exposure step S3 of exposing a tire to an environment containing ozone in a higher concentration that the atmosphere does; a second ozone-exposure step S4 of exposing the tire to an environment containing ozone in a higher concentration that in Step S3; and a crack observing step S5 of observing the crack in a surface of the tire. The difference in the ozone concentration between in Step S4 and Step S3 is preferably 10pphm or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
