    【課題】雄ねじと雌ねじとの接触面の面圧を低下させ、摩擦力を低減すること。【解決手段】雄ねじ部112a及び雌ねじ部114aを有する送りねじ機構48を備え、雄ねじ部材112の軸方向で互いに対向する雄ねじ部112aの歯面200と雌ねじ部114aの歯面210との間には、軸方向のクリアランスであるスラストガタCL1〜CL4が形成され、スラストガタCL1〜CL4は、雄ねじ部材112の軸方向に沿った中央部で最小のCL1となり、中央部から軸方向に沿った両端部に向かうにつれて徐々に大きくなる、CL1<CL2<CL3<CL4の関係に設定される。【選択図】図7
