PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part structure of a motor cycle which enables improvement of rigidity while inhibiting increase of weight.SOLUTION: A rear part structure of a motor cycle 1 includes: a front side rear fender 21 covering from a front part to an upper part of a rear wheel RW; and a rear side rear fender 22 covering a rear part of the rear wheel RW from the upper part. The rear side rear fender 22 includes at least one pair of left and right side walls 22w extending in a vehicle vertical direction. The front side rear fender 21 includes a rear extension part 21r which extends rearward so as to be arranged along lower sides 22wd of the at least one pair of left and right side walls 22w.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
