PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle battery temperature control system, performing power supply to an on-vehicle motor, capable of suppressing degradation in design flexibility and cost increase of a motor by suppressing enlargement of an arrangement space and an increase in the number of parts used.SOLUTION: The on-vehicle battery temperature control system includes: a charger which has a first power conversion part and charges a battery by being connected with a power supply of a vehicle outside, a thermal transfer mechanism which transfers heat generated by the charger to the battery; and a controller which determines necessity of heating the battery and when heating is necessary, control to lower a power conversion efficiency of a first power conversion part and increase a heating value of the charger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
