PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple solution of minimizing the number of re-liquefaction units which is required for managing all vapor of different cargo types appropriately.SOLUTION: In a method of storing and transporting LPG, an LPG carrier vessel has re-liquefaction units 300 and 400, and in the re-liquefaction units 300 and 400, evaporation gas is condensed and returned to at least one cargo tank 100 for individual LPG cargo types. The method comprises: a step of operating and using at least one of the re-liquefaction units 300 and 400 to condense vapor from a first cargo type; a step of passing the condensed vapor through a heat exchanger 500; a step of passing vapor from a second cargo type simultaneously through the heat exchanger 500 to condense the vapor by heat exchange with the condensed vapor; and a step of returning the condensed vapor from the heat exchanger to individual cargo types.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
