PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller of a battery pack capable of suppressing problems due to adhesion of dew condensation to the metal terminal of a secondary battery in a battery pack housing the secondary battery and a cooler.SOLUTION: An air conditioning controller of an on-vehicle battery pack includes a dew condensation occurrence temperature calculation unit for calculating the dew condensation occurrence temperature on the basis of the temperature and humidity of air in the battery pack, a first cooling control unit performing normal cooling control in the battery pack by using the cooler, so that the temperature of the secondary battery becomes a target management temperature, when the dew condensation occurrence temperature is lower than the target management temperature of the secondary battery, and a second cooling control unit performing the cooling control in the battery pack by using the cooler, so that the temperature of the secondary battery is maintained higher than the dew condensation occurrence temperature, when the dew condensation occurrence temperature is higher than the target management temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
