PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric charges charged in a vehicle since radio noise is apt to occur when the electric charges are charged in a vehicle body or the like.SOLUTION: A device 10 for supporting a vehicle wheel is provided that includes a bearing 16 for rotatably supporting a wheel 12 and a knuckle 18 as a bearing support member, the bearing being lubricated with grease 66 as a lubricant. Self-discharge type static eliminators 110A-110D are provided on a surface of a specific member, which is at least one of the bearing 16, the knuckle 18 and a brake back plate 62 as an auxiliary member connected to the knuckle. The static eliminators change air around the self-discharge type static eliminators into negative air ions and attract the air ions to a positive electric charge of the specific member and neutralize the ions to remove the electric charges, and then reduce charging amounts of the specific member, so that charging amounts of the grease 66 is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】電荷が車体などに帯電するとラジオノイズが生じ易くなるため、車両に帯電した電荷を低減する。【解決手段】車輪12を回転可能に支持する軸受16と、軸受支持部材としてのナックル18とを含み、軸受は潤滑剤としてのグリース66にて潤滑された車両の車輪支持装置10。軸受16、ナックル18及びナックルに接続された付属部材としてのブレーキバックプレート62の少なくとも何れかである特定の部材の表面に自己放電式除電器110A〜110Dが設けられ、除電器は、自己放電式除電器の周囲の空気を負の空気イオンに変化させ、空気イオンを特定の部材の正の電荷に引き寄せて中和させることにより除電し、特定の部材の帯電量を低下させることにより、グリース66の帯電量を低下させる。【選択図】図3
