PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preliminary construction method of a charging/discharging system capable of simply constructing a charging/discharging system in the future.SOLUTION: A preliminary construction method of a charging/discharging system is capable of constructing, in the future, a charging/discharging system equipped with a power conditioner 1 for an on-vehicle battery for converting AC power supplied from a distribution board 2 which is connected to a system power supply E and to which home electric appliance loads of a building H are connected, to DC power and supplying it to an on-vehicle storage battery, and converting DC power output from the on-vehicle storage battery to AC power and supplying it to the distribution board 2. Assuming an installation position for the power conditioner 1 for an on-vehicle battery assumed to be installed in the future, a conduit-pipe 3 is buried beforehand at parts in a foundation BH of the building H and in the ground outside the building H which are the assumed positions for laying electric wires 81 and 82 to be laid between the distribution board 2 and an assumed installation position of the power conditioner 1 for the on-vehicle battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
