PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of associating a plurality of static images obtained by imaging while moving, with a travel path at the imaging.SOLUTION: A location survey data processing device includes: an input part 101 configured to receive image data on a plurality of static images imaged from a flying moving body and flight data measuring a flight path of the moving body; an image processing part 102 configured to estimate a flight path of the moving body based on a location change in a screen of a feature point taken in the plurality of static images; and a synchronization processing part 103 configured to identify a correspondence between the flight path obtained by the flight data and the flight path estimated by the flight path estimation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
