PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the power consumption of an on-train safety control part being a device for securing the safety of a train by collating whether outputs of a plurality of CPUs are coincident is large even though an operation that does not turn off the power of an on-train device has been executed even during stopping after the termination of commercial service in the same manner as during commercial service with the on-train safety control part controls the train because a ground device cannot grasp the train if the power of the on-train device is turned off because of stopping after the termination of commercial service in a radio train control system.SOLUTION: To detect the position of the train, the on-train safety control part collates information or the like acquired from a sensor as a first mode during commercial service of the train, the power of the on-train safety control part can be turned off after the termination of the commercial service by collating the information or the like acquired from the sensor in a second mode different from the first mode while the train stops after the termination of commercial service so that power consumption can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】無線列車制御システムでは、営業運転終了後に滞泊等で車上装置の電源を切ると、地上装置はその列車を把握することが出来ないため、列車を制御している営業運転中と同様に、営業運転終了後の滞泊時も車上装置の電源を切らないといった運用が実施されてきた。しかし、複数のCPUの出力が一致しているか照合することで列車の安全を確保している装置である車上保安制御部の消費電力が大きいという課題があった。【解決手段】列車の位置を検知するために、列車の営業運転中は第1のモードとして、車上保安制御部がセンサから取得した情報等を照合し、営業運転終了後の列車の停止中は第1のモードとは異なる第2のモードでセンサから取得した情報等を照合することで、営業運転終了後に車上保安制御部の電源を切る事ができ、消費電力を削減することができる。【選択図】図1
