PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost by integrally configuring an oil feed pipe fitting member for fitting an oil feed pipe to a fuel tank 1 by one component and abolishing brazing fitting of a fitting base part 4a and a fitting seat part 4b carried out by a conventional technology.SOLUTION: An oil feed pipe fitting member 4 is integrally configured by an inner pipe part 41 provided on one end side of a cylindrical body and fitted in an oil feed inlet 1c formed in a fuel tank 1, a superimposed base body part 42 formed by folding and superimposing the other end part of the cylindrical body, and a fitting seat part 43 formed by widening and bending the terminal part of the superimposed base body part 42 into a flat plate shape, the fitting seat part 43 is splice-secured to the outer peripheral wall of the fuel tank 1 by welding so as to close the oil feed inlet 1c, and by fitting the other end side of the oil feed pipe 3 to an oil feed pipe fitting part 42a including the folded tip part of the superimposed base body part 42, the oil feed pipe 3 is fitted to the fuel tank 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】に給油管を燃料タンク1に取付ける給油管取付け部材を一部品による一体型構成にして、従来技術の取付け基体部4aと取付け座部4bとのロー付けによる取付けを廃止して、製造コストの低減を図る。【解決手段】給油管取付け部材4が、筒状体の一端側で構成して燃料タンク1に設けた給油開口1cに嵌合設置されるインナーパイプ部41と、筒状体の他端部を折り返し重合することにより形成した重合基体部42と、重合基体部42の端末部を平板状に拡開折曲することにより形成した取付け座部43とで一体構成し、取付け座部43を燃料タンク1の外周壁に給油開口1cを閉塞するように溶接により添接固着し、重合基体部42の折り返し先端部位により構成する給油管嵌着部42aに給油管3の他端側を嵌着することにより、給油管3を燃料タンク1に取付けるようにした。【選択図】図2
