PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method, and program for managing charging electric power to an electric vehicle which predict the feature amount of charge to electric vehicles in a given district and accurately predict demand for electric power in the district, as well as heighten the utilization of natural energy electric power generation and contribute to improving the quality of a smart community.SOLUTION: A data input unit 9 inputs past operation performance data when EV2, 4 in a smart community 1 are practically used. An operation state estimation unit 11 estimates the state of how EV2, 4 are practically used, on the basis of the past operation performance data of EV2, 4. A charge amount prediction unit 14 predicts the amount of charges to EV2, 4 on a discretionary prediction day by simulating the practical use of EV2, 4 using the estimation result of the operation state estimation unit 11. A charging schedule creation unit 18 creates a charging schedule 19 for EV2, 4 on the prediction day so as to raise the utilization of photovoltaic power generation (PV).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】所与の地域における将来の電気自動車の充電量を予測して、前記地域での電力需要を正確に予測すると共に、自然エネルギー発電の利用度を高めてスマートコミュニティの品質向上に寄与する電気自動車の充電電力管理システム、方法およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】データ入力部9は、スマートコミュニティ1内のEV2、4を運用した際の過去の運用実績データを入力する。運用状況推定部11は、EV2、4の過去の運用実績データに基づいてEV2、4の運用状況を推定する。充電量予測部14は、運用状況推定部11の推定結果を用いてEV2、4の運用を模擬することにより、任意の予測対象日におけるEV2、4の充電量を予測する。充電スケジュール作成部18は、PV利用率を増加させるように予測対象日におけるEV2、4の充電スケジュール19を作成する。【選択図】図1
