PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safety valve capable of facilitating manufacturing and maintenance, and suppressing the fluctuation of pressure adjusting values.SOLUTION: A safety valve 20 includes: a housing 21 which has a low-pressure chamber 31 communicating to the outside and a high-pressure port 32 opening to the low pressure chamber; a valve body 22 which is integrally formed with a shaft portion 41 inserted into the high-pressure port from the low-pressure chamber side and a large-diameter portion 42 arranged in the low-pressure chamber, and can be moved in an axial direction of the shaft portion to the housing; an energizing member 23 energizing the valve body to a front side in an inserting direction of the shaft portion; and an annular seal member 24 provided on an inner periphery of the high-pressure port, and filling a clearance between an outer periphery of the shaft portion and the inner periphery of the high-pressure port. The shaft portion is formed with a valve body communication path 43 which has an opening portion opening to a part in a circumferential direction of the outer periphery and opens an axial end portion of the shaft portion to communicate with the high-pressure port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】製造及びメンテナンスを容易でき、調圧値の変動を抑制が可能な安全弁を得る。【解決手段】安全弁20は、外部に連通する低圧室31及びこれに開口する高圧ポート32を有するハウジング21と、低圧室側から高圧ポートに挿入される軸部41及び低圧室に配される大径部42を一体に形成し、ハウジングに対して軸部の軸方向に移動可能とされた弁体22と、弁体を軸部の挿入方向前側に付勢する付勢部材23と、高圧ポートの内周に設けられ、軸部の外周と高圧ポートの内周との間の隙間を埋める環状のシール部材24と、を備える。軸部には、その外周の周方向の一部に開口する開口部を有すると共に軸部の軸方向端部にも開口して高圧ポートに連通する弁体連通路43が形成されている。【選択図】図3
