PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate transportation traveling of a truck by receiving shocks generated due to the uneven surface or the step of an alley by the combined force of a tire, a spring and air to reduce vibration applied to a load during the traveling of the truck.SOLUTION: Piston guide holes 8 are radially provided at equal intervals in an air spring roller 11, a piston 9 having a spring 13 and an air compression suction seal 10 is disposed in the piston guide hole 8, a stop ring 6 is provided to prevent the piston 9 from jumping out by the repulsion of the spring, and air in the air spring roller 11 is sealed by an air plug 23. Means is provided for receiving the pressure of shocks applied due to the uneven surface of an alley by the combined force of a tire 2, the spring 13, and air 22 to apply soft vibration to a vehicle body and a load, thereby achieving smooth and easy traveling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】台車での走行時路地の凸凹や段差による衝撃をタイヤ、スプリング、エアーの合成力で受け積荷に与える振動を軽減し台車での運搬走行を楽にする事を課題とする。【解決手段】エアースプリングローラ11に等間隔で放射状にピストンガイド穴8を設け、前記ピストンガイド穴8にスプリング13とエアー圧縮吸入シール10を設けたピストン9を配置しピストン9がスプリングの反発で飛び出すのを防止するためストップリング6を設け前記エアースプリングローラ11内のエアーをエアープラグ23で密閉する。路地の凸凹より受けた衝撃をタイヤ2、スプリング13、エアー22の合成力で圧力を受け車体、積荷にソフトな振動を与え円滑で楽な走行を行なう事を手段とした。【選択図】図3
