PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, an abnormality detection device and an abnormality detection method that can detect abnormality associated with communications such as information alteration using the difference in sampling timing among plural communication devices.SOLUTION: With respect to a system configuration in which ECUs 3a to 3e transmit/receive information through a common communication line, abnormality detection regarding communications of the system communication is detected by a monitoring device connected to the communication line. Each of ECUs 3a to 3b receives information by performing one sampling operation at a predetermined timing during a transmission period of information of 1 bit. However, the ECUs 3a to 3e are allowed to perform the sampling at different timings. The monitoring device samples the voltage of the communication line at plural times over a predetermined monitoring period containing the earliest sampling timing and the latest sampling timing of the ECUs 3a to 3c during the transmission period of 1-bit information, and detects abnormality on the basis of the result of the plural sampling operations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】複数の通信装置のサンプリングタイミングの差異を利用した情報改ざんなど、通信に係る異常を検出し得る通信システム、異常検出装置及び異常検出方法を提供する。【解決手段】ECU3a〜3eが共通の通信線を介して情報の送受信を行うシステム構成に対して、この通信線に接続した監視装置にて通信に関する異常検出を行う。各ECU3a〜3bは、1ビットの情報の送信期間中に所定のタイミングで1回のサンプリングを行うことで情報を受信する。ただし複数のECU3a〜3eが異なるタイミングでサンプリングを行うことが許容されている。監視装置は、1ビットの情報の送信期間において、ECU3a〜3eによる最も早いサンプリングのタイミングと最も遅いサンプリングのタイミングとを含む所定の監視期間に亘って、通信線の電圧を複数回サンプリングし、複数回のサンプリングの結果に基づいて異常検出を行う。【選択図】図4
