PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device and a non-contact power transmission device capable of maintaining high power transmission efficiency, if a relative position between each power supply coil in a plurality of power supply coils and a power reception coil deviates.SOLUTION: A power supply device 100 includes a power supply coil unit L1 which includes: a magnetic substance unit C including at least three magnetic substances with intervals to a first direction; and a plurality of power supply coils L10 each composed of a winding wound around at least two magnetic substances of the magnetic substance unit C.
