PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-water installed solar power generator, which is installable on water, capable of dealing with a change in weather condition such as rain, snow or strong wind, and autonomously dealing with a change in self-weight point on water accompanying the variation of a solar battery panel.SOLUTION: The on-water installed solar power generator 1 includes openings formed near both ends, a solar battery panel 10 in which the opening are rotatably supported by a pair of support legs 11, 12, and a base leg 13 for supporting the support legs 11, 12 with respect to a ground surface. The support legs and the base leg are hollow, and hollow areas are filled with flowing materials. The rotation of the solar battery panel 10 varies according to a weather condition such as rain, snow or strong wind, and the risk that the solar battery panel 10 will sink into the water can be prevented by a change in self-weight point on the water accompanying the variation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
