PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively intercept vibration propagated from equipment to a vehicle body in a mounting structure for mounting the equipment in the vehicle body.SOLUTION: A mounting structure 2 for mounting equipment in a vehicle body 101 includes; a connection body 11 which is fixed to the vehicle body 101, is formed into a rectangular parallelepiped shape with an internal space S, has an opening communicated with the internal space on at least one surface forming the rectangular parallelepiped and a closed surface having a direction orthogonal to at least the surface formed with the opening; first vibration-proof rubber 21 held between an upper wall 15 or a lower wall 16 of the connection body 11 and the equipment 1; a first fastening member 32 which passes through the first vibration control rubber 21 from the upper wall 15 or the lower wall 16 from the internal space S of the connection body 11 up to the equipment 1 and has a head 32A arranged in the internal space; and second vibration-proof rubber 22 which is arranged in the internal space S and is arranged between the head 32A of the first fastening member 32 and the upper wall 15 or the lower wall 16 in the internal space S of the connection body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
