PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging power supply system capable of taking an effective counter measure to thunder occurrence.SOLUTION: A charging power supply system 40 includes: a control part 401, for controlling a charging mode and a power supply mode; and a communication part 402, for obtaining thunder information. The control part 401 determines a degree of danger on the basis of the thunder information obtained by the communication part 402 and performs avoidance processing for preventing a thunder surge voltage from being conducted to a vehicle 20 side in accordance with the degree of danger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
