PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary wing aircraft fuselage structure responsive to facility loading performance, accessibility to an internal volume, safety at a time of crash, etc.SOLUTION: A fuselage structure of a rotary wing aircraft 1 comprises a load-bearing member that includes intermediate frames 9a and 9b carrying an upper floor 12a and an intermediate floor 12b. The intermediate floor 12b partitions an interior of a fuselage into two sections 6 and 7 including the upper section 6 that forms a cabin and the lower section 7 that has an open bottom 23 leading to outside via a bottom surface of a fuselage. The intermediate floor 12b provides a loading flat surface in the upper section 6 having a pseudo-floor 27 constituted from replaceable slabs 28 to which various equipment is attached. The intermediate floor 12b also forms a fixed member that can suspend facilities 16 and 17 to be suspended and the facilities are accessible from outside of the fuselage through the open bottom 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
