PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack cooling apparatus capable of suppressing a passenger from feeling a discomfort for cold air returned from a trunk to a cabin.SOLUTION: A battery pack cooling apparatus comprises: a first intake duct 22 taking in air of a cabin 2; a second intake duct 23 taking in return air from a trunk 3 to a seat 4; and an on-off valve 24 opening or closing an intake flow passage of each of the first intake duct 22 and the second intake duct 23, a control unit 13 actuating the on-off valve 24 so as to open the intake flow passage of the second intake duct 23 when an outdoor temperature is equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature TL.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
