PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a decorative component which enables a laser drawing process to easily and surely impart a hairline pattern fine and close to the feeling of a real material.SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for a decorative component enables a laser drawing process to be performed to a coating film 21 deposited on the surface 13 of a component blank 12 which configures a three-dimensional shape. A laser processing groove group 23 consisting of a plurality of laser processing grooves 24, 25 is formed by this process to impart a hairline pattern 22 to the coating film 21. The laser processing groove group 23 consists of a plurality of kinds of arc-shaped laser processing grooves 24, 25 with the radius of curvature R=1000 mm or more and values of different radii of curvature R. The laser processing grooves 24, 25 are so disposed as to extend along nearly the same direction. The laser processing grooves 24, 25 are so disposed as to irregularly generate an overlapping part 26 where they cross each other at an angle of 3° or less to make the line width W2 appear larger than another part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】レーザ描画工程によって、微細でかつ本物の風合いに近いヘアライン模様を容易にかつ確実に付与できる加飾部品の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】この加飾部品の製造方法では、立体形状をなす部品素材12の表面13上に形成された塗膜21に対し、レーザ描画工程を行う。この工程によって複数のレーザ加工溝24,25からなるレーザ加工溝群23を形成し、塗膜21にヘアライン模様22を付与する。レーザ加工溝群23は、曲率半径R=1000mm以上であって異なる曲率半径Rの値を有する複数種類の円弧状レーザ加工溝24,25からなる。円弧状レーザ加工溝24,25は、略同一方向に沿って延びるように配置される。円弧状レーザ加工溝24,25は、互いに3°以下の角度で交差して他の部位よりも線幅W2が大きく見えるオーバーラップ部26を不規則的に生じるように配置される。【選択図】図4
