An elastic cover member 30 is fixed to the battery cover 20, and extends above a cable 17 in cover attachment state while crossing the cable 17. The elastic cover member 30 is formed of a sponge rubber material of non-continuous bubble having flexibility, and in the cover attachment state, adheres to the cable 17 by elastically deforming along the outer peripheral surface of the cable 17, thus covering the battery terminal 15 from the side where the cable 17 is extended.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
