PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular electric drive device capable of suppressing increase of friction due to scattering of metal pieces, in a case where a weakest portion is damaged when excessive external force is input.SOLUTION: Even when metal pieces are scattered when a power transmission shaft is fractured, the possibility that the metal pieces are bitten into a gear of a speed reducer can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
