PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a safe operation of a train at low cost.SOLUTION: Each of ground elements 201 and 401 installed along the track 2 of a traveling train 1 has: an information holding mechanism for holding a unique code which is information unique to each ground element and a unique code of a ground element passed through next by the train traveling on a correct route; information transmission functions 204 and 404 for transmitting a unique code to the passing train; and an arithmetic processing part 103 for executing determination processing for determining matching between a unique code received from the ground element during next passage through the ground element after the holding of the unique code of the ground element passed next, which has been received from the ground element passed during traveling of the train, and the unique code of the ground element passed next, which has been received by the preceding ground element passage and included in the information holding function, and output processing for determining that the train is not traveling on a correct route to instruct brake control when the determination result shows unmatching.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】列車の安全な運行を、低コストで実現する。【解決手段】走行する列車1の軌道2に沿って設置された地上子201、401において、地上子は地上子毎の固有な情報である固有符号及び正しい進路を走行する列車が次に通過する地上子の固有符号を保持する情報保持機能と、通過する列車に固有符号を伝送する情報伝送機能204、404と、列車が走行する際に通過した地上子から受けた次に通過する地上子の固有符号を保持して次に地上子を通過した際に当該地上子から受けた固有符号と先の地上子通過で受けて情報保持機能に持つ次に通過する地上子の固有符号の合致判定を行う判定処理と、判定結果が合致しない場合には正しい進路を走行していないと判定してブレーキ制御を指示する出力処理と、を実行する演算処理部103と、を備えている。【選択図】図1
