PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation operation device capable of suppressing occurrence of noise.SOLUTION: A pair of collars 41 are inserted into a torsion spring 42. Each collar 41 has a taper whose outer diameter changes from a first outer diameter smaller than a tight winding inner diameter of the torsion spring 42 to a second outer diameter larger than an initial inner diameter of the torsion spring 42, and end surfaces having the first outer diameter are opposite to each other and energized in mutual attraction directions. In a tight winding process of a coil part 43, the respective collars 41 are pushed out in mutually separation directions against energization force in the mutually attraction directions. Following inner diameter change of the coil part 43, the respective collars 41 can be always brought into contact to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】音の発生を抑制することが可能な回転操作装置を提供すること。【解決手段】トーションスプリング42に一対のカラー41を内挿する。各カラー41は、外径がトーションスプリング42の巻締まり内径よりも小さな第1の外径からトーションスプリング42の初期内径よりも大きな第2の外径に至るテーパを有し、第1の外径を有する端面同士が対向しつつ互いの方向へ付勢されている。コイル部43の巻締まる過程で、各カラー41は、互いの方向への付勢力に抗して互いの離間する方向へ押し出される。コイル部43の内径変化に追従して、各カラー41を常に接触させておくことが可能となる。【選択図】図5
