PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle grounding unit of a novel structure which can grounding connect the minus terminal of a battery integrally to a plurality of equipment-side earth cables, with the reduction of the number of components and cost.SOLUTION: A vehicle grounding unit 10 which connects a plurality of equipment-side earth cables 14 to the minus terminal of the battery includes: a pair of cable holding plates 12, 12; and a battery-side earth cable 16 which conduction connects the pair of cable holding plates 12, 12 to the minus-terminal of the battery. A core line 18 exposed on the terminal of the plurality of equipment-side cables 14 is held and welded between opposite faces 26, 28 of the pair of cable holding plates 12, 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
