PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle allocation system that administers standby places which have a master-slave relationship, and overcome a drawback that designating or changing the slave standby places is labor-intensive because the master and slave standby places have to be independently tied up with one another, and a drawback that since pieces of standby place administration information on respective slave standby places have to be managed, when the master standby place is vacated, processing of discriminating standby orders of standby vehicles present in plural slave standby places is needed.SOLUTION: A vehicle allocation system and vehicle allocation method of the present invention includes standby place administration information updating means that preserves pieces of master and slave area information and pieces of master and slave standby place administration information having standby orders of standby vehicles and vehicle numbers tied up with the master and slave standby places, and updates the pieces of master and slave standby place administration information, standby place registrable or not decision means that decides based on the pieces of master and slave standby place administration information whether the standby vehicles can be registered, and movement instruction transmission means that transmits a movement instruction, which instructs movement to the master standby place, to the standby vehicles that are tied up with the slave standby place administration information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】主従関係のある待機場所を管理する配車システムにおいて、主・従の待機場所をそれぞれ個別に紐づけする必要があるため、従の待機場所の設定や変更に手間が掛かった。また、従の待機場所それぞれの待機場所管理情報を管理する必要があるため、主の待機場所に空きが生じた際に、複数の従の待機場所にいる待機車両から待機順を判定する処理が必要だった。【解決手段】本発明の配車システムおよび配車方法は、主・従のエリア情報と、主・従の待機場所に待機車両の待機順と車両番号を紐づけた主・従の待機場所管理情報を保持し、主・従の待機場所管理情報の更新を行う待機場所管理情報更新手段と、主・従の待機場所管理情報に基づいて、待機車両の登録可否を判定する待機場所登録可否判定手段と、従の待機場所管理情報に紐づけられた待機車両に対して主の待機場所への移動指示を送信する移動指示送信手段と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
