PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservoir tank for a radiator which can reduce an influence to a peripheral component at a collision or the like of a vehicle while suppressing the boil-over of cooling water, and a radiator structure.SOLUTION: A reservoir tank 10 for a radiator has: a tank main body 30 which is connected to the radiator 16, and comprises a cooling-water pouring part 44 and a storage part 48; a first rib 50 which is arranged in the tank main body 30, extends toward the other side 40 from one side 42 of a sidewall opposing the tank main body 30, partitions the pouring part 44 and the storage part 48, and has a clearance between the other side 40 of the sidewall and itself; and a second rib 54 which is arranged at the poring part 44 side or the storage part 48 side rather than the first rib 50, extends toward one side 42 from the other side 40 of the sidewall, and has a clearance between one side 42 of the sidewall and itself.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
