PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system that can enhance the accuracy of determination of generation of tsunami and that can execute a control operation for countermeasures against tsunami without lowering convenience of users as much as possible, and an elevator control device used in the system.SOLUTION: An elevator system includes an elevator control device and a pit water immersion detection device. While detecting water immersion within a pit, the pit water immersion detection device continuously generates a pit water immersion detection signal and transmits the signal to an elevator control device. When an advisory or warning related to tsunami has been issued to a region where a building is located and when the pit water immersion detection signal has not been input, the elevator control device makes an elevator operate between preset specific floors. When an advisory or warning related to tsunami has been issued and when the pit water immersion detection signal has been input, the elevator control device makes a car land on the nearest floor and then stops the operation of the elevator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 津波発生の判断の精度を高め、利用者の利便性をなるべく低下させずに津波対策用の管制運転を実行可能とするエレベータシステムおよびこれに利用するエレベータ制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】 実施形態によればエレベータシステムはエレベータ制御装置とピット浸水検出装置とを備える。ピット浸水検出装置はピット内への浸水を検出している間、ピット浸水検出信号を継続的に生成してエレベータ制御装置に送信する。エレベータ制御装置は、当該建物が該当する地域に津波に関する注意報または警報が発令されており、且つピット浸水検出信号が入力されていないときには、予め設定された特定の階間でエレベータを運転させ、津波に関する注意報または警報が発令されており、且つピット浸水検出信号が入力されているときには、乗りかごを最寄階に着床させた後、エレベータの運転を休止させる。【選択図】図1
