PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to intuitively change the brightness of an image into desired brightness.SOLUTION: An image display device 10 includes a display part 3 which displays a synthetic image on a display screen 31 and a touch panel 32 which is provided in correspondence with the display screen 31. Further, a luminance adjustment part 20c continuously increases the luminance of a synthetic image CP displayed by the display part 3 in a time-variant manner during the continuation of a long-pressing operation. The luminance adjustment part 20c maintains the luminance of the synthetic image CP to the luminance after a change, after the long-pressing operation is completed. Therefore, the user can intuitively change the brightness of the synthetic image CP into the desired brightness by performing the long-pressing operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ユーザが画像の明るさを所望の明るさに直感的に変更できるようにする。【解決手段】画像表示装置10は、合成画像を表示画面31に表示する表示部3と、表示画面31に対応して設けられるタッチパネル32とを備えている。また、輝度調整部20cは、長押操作の継続中に、表示部3が表示する合成画像CPの輝度を時間的に連続して増加する。そして、輝度調整部20cは、長押操作の終了後に合成画像CPの輝度を変更後の輝度に保持する。したがって、ユーザは、長押操作を行うことで合成画像CPの明るさを所望の明るさに直感的に変更できる。【選択図】図1
