PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elliptic spherical structure with a large diameter which can be constructed by constituting a stable outer shell part.SOLUTION: In a spherical shell undersea structure being installed undersea, having an outer shell part 11 with an internal space R, having a concrete skeleton frame 16 arranged in the shape of a mesh and having a water pressure resistant plate 17 being fitted to a portion surrounded by the skeleton frame 16 in a watertight state and having water pressure resistance and transparency, an elliptic spherical outer shell part 11 is formed with the skeleton frame 16 and the water pressure resistant plate 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
