PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect that a wheel which is attached with a transmitter is mounted to which position of a vehicle without installing a trigger machine.SOLUTION: A wheel position detection device comprises an acceleration sensor 22 which can detect vibration at a transmitter 2 attached to each wheel. Then, after a start of a registration mode, vibration is sequentially imparted to each wheel in a prescribed order, and the ID information of a frame having vibration data in which the vibration becomes large is sequentially associated with the corresponding wheel, and registered. By this constitution, it can be detected that a wheel which is attached with the transmitter 2 is mounted to which position of a vehicle without installing a trigger machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】トリガ機を設けなくても送信機が取り付けられた車輪が車両のどの位置に搭載されたものであるかを検出できるようにする。【解決手段】各車輪に取り付けられた送信機2に振動を検出できる加速度センサ22を備えている。そして、登録モード開始後に、各車輪に所定の順番で振動を与え、振動が大きくなった振動データを有するフレームのID情報を順番に該当する車輪と関連付けて登録する。これにより、トリガ機を設けなくても、送信機2が取り付けられた車輪が車両のどの位置に搭載されたものであるかを検出することができる。【選択図】図2
