PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulation vibration-controlling structure in which heat-insulation and vibration-controlling can be improved and in which the weight saving can be achieved.SOLUTION: Provided is a heat-insulation vibration-controlling structure 1 in which: a vibration-controlling member fixation member 40 having a viscoelasticity and for fixing to a substrate A, is bonded to the substrate A side outer surface of a bag 10 having a gas barrier property and to be fixed to the substrate A which is a penetration source of heat and vibration; and also a vibration-controlling member constraining and low-radiation layer 20 having a vibration-controlling member constraining layer for constraining and damping vibration and a low radiation layer for suppressing radiation heat integrally formed as a single layer, is bonded to the inner surface of the substrate A side bag 10; and furthermore a low thermal conduction gas layer 30 is formed by filling the inside of the bag 10 with a low thermal conduction gas having a heat conductivity smaller than the air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
