PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint capable of joining an aluminum alloy spherical tank of an LNG ship and a hull-side stainless steel member with high joining performance, by being formed as a four-Layer structure of inserting a titanium plate and a nickel plate as its intermediate material, and also forming respective layers as a specific thickness, in a dissimilar material joint for the LNG ship in which an aluminum alloy plate and a stainless steel plate are arranged.SOLUTION: A dissimilar material joint for an LNG ship is constituted of an aluminum alloy/titanium/nickel/stainless steel of joining four layers of an aluminum alloy plate 1, a titanium plate 2, a nickel plate 3 and a stainless steel plate 4. In the dissimilar material joint for the LNG ship, a total thickness after joining is 34.0-36.9 mm, and the whole of respective joining interfaces between the respective layers is a wavy joining interface having a wave height of 1 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アルミニウム合金板とステンレス板が配置されたLNG船用異材継手において、その中間材として、チタン板、ニッケル板が挿入された4層構造とし、かつ、各層を特定厚みとすることで、LNG船のアルミニウム合金製の球形タンクと船体側のステンレス部材とを高い接合性能をもって接合することができる継手の提供。【解決手段】アルミニウム合金板1、チタン板2、ニッケル板3、及びステンレス板4の4層を接合したアルミニウム合金/チタン/ニッケル/ステンレスで構成されるLNG船用異材継手であって、接合後のトータル厚みが34.0〜36.9mmであり、かつ、該各層間の各接合界面の全てが、波高1mm以下の波状の接合界面であることを特徴とする前記LNG船用異材継手。【選択図】図1
