PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gaze guide device capable of guiding a sight line of a driver to a potential risk factor.SOLUTION: A gaze guide device (1) comprises: an image acquisition unit (3) for acquiring an image (101) at a front side of a vehicle; a potential risk factor detection unit (5) for detecting a potential risk factor in the image; a saliency calculation unit (7) for calculating saliency at a plurality of positions (107 and 109) in the image; a luminance change width setting unit (9) for setting a luminance change width on the basis of a difference between reference saliency that is determined from the saliency at the plurality of positions, and saliency at a position of the potential risk factor; and a display unit (11) for displaying a display area (111) including at least a part of the potential risk factor in the image at a position on a windshield of the vehicle and in a direction of the potential risk factor when viewed from a driver of the vehicle. In at least a partial time zone during the display, the display unit sets luminance in the display area to be displayed to luminance that is changed in accordance with the luminance change width.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
