PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to accurately perform shift operation by providing longitudinal adjustment means between the base part and shift rod of the shift lever in a work vehicle having a shift lever which can be freely operated to move rotationally around a lateral shaft and a longitudinal shaft.SOLUTION: In a shift lever of a work vehicle, a large-diameter communicating hole 55 is provided on the rear side of a shift rod support shaft 53 of a base part 20a of a sub-shift lever on the same central axis as a small-diameter screw hole 51b. A fixing bolt 52 is provided on the shift rod support shaft 53. In an adjustment bolt 56, the tip side is formed into a small-diameter bolt 56a, left-hand thread, which can be screwed into the small-diameter screw hole 51b, and the base end side is formed into a large-diameter bolt 56b, right-hand thread, which can be inserted into the large-diameter communicating hole 55 of the base part 20a.
